- When you order Somma beauty products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns in order to maintain the integrity of our stocked products. However, if we send your order to the wrong address that you provided and, due to the error, your order is returned, you will have to bear the cost of the returns. Therefore, we encourage you to double-check your delivery details before completing an order.
- A hair color chart is provided on the product pages for the specific Somma ColorCare and hair color kits here. However, if you are still unable to view the color chart, please kindly send us an email at [email protected] or use the form. We will revert with the color chart within 24 hours of receiving your inquiry.
- We offer brief in-person training for those interested in the Somma Professional product line. We also offer virtual training online, where you can sign up for training and get a meeting link sent to you for the sessions.
